Mineta San José International Airport
ASLPM provided project management services for the City of San Jose: San Jose International Airport, in support of two projects. The Terminal B Exit Lane technology project, which consists of the installation of an unmanned intelligent sensor exit lane and bypass system on the 2nd level of Terminal B, while maintaining entry to an adjacent storage room. The Perimeter Security Fence includes the design and installation of a perimeter security detection system, including mounted cameras along the airport perimeter security fence, to provide for alarmed notifications and video surveillance, during intrusions.

San Diego International Airport
ASLPM was one of the three Prime Program Managers that provided complete program management services for San Diego’s (SAN) Capital Improvement Program and Terminal Development programs since 1995. Program Management Support Services for the $600 Million airport wide Capital Improvement Program (CIP) included terminal upgrades and reconfigurations, airfield, landside, real estate and planning, a $380 Million CONRAC development program.

Houston Airport System
This project constructed new, expanded, and renovated terminals, which included a new enlarged bag makeup area that was designed to accommodate an interim baggage screening solution followed by the design and implementation of an in-line EDS to accommodate the Southwest Airlines’ (SWA) expansion at the Central Terminal from seven gates to twenty four gates.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
This $6 billion expansion program included over 120 capital improvements projects. Improvements included new, expanded and renovated terminals; an upgraded BHS that included new outbound and inbound conveyors, new baggage screening with in-line EDS and central OSR and upgrades to existing conveyors; an upgraded and expanded people mover system; roadways and parking structures; a light rail interface; and a new runway and taxiway system.
