Mr. Messina is the Director of Cost Estimating at ASLPM, with over 20 years of experience supporting heavy civil, underground utility, industrial, and vertical construction projects around the globe. He provides leadership across engineering, estimating, and construction phases for both public and private sector clients. As a multidisciplinary Program Manager and Senior Cost Estimator, Mr. Messina works closely with diverse stakeholders to align project scope with budget and schedule goals. He is highly proficient in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, CAD and GIS platforms, and a range of project accounting systems including QuickBase, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.
