The San Francisco International
Airport (SFO) is currently ranked #3 in the US according to SKYTRAX and strives
to be #1. ASL has been helping the team meet their goals by providing Capital
Program Support Management Services including staff augmentation, management
training, writing procedures and contracts, and developing cost controls.
ASL
assists with overall program coordination providing support functions such as
project planning and capital management assistance, project/construction
management and administration technical and technology assistance, cost
estimating, scheduling, process and procedure development, contracts, Unifier
program management software implementation and project coordination. ASL
provides comprehensive program and construction management support services,
delivering exceptional projects that are successfully executed within schedule,
budget, and meet high quality and safety standards.
The Consolidated
Administration Campus (CAC), Design-Build project includes Administrative
Office Terminal Buildings, A380 Passenger Boarding Bridges, Airside/Landside
Civil Projects, and Baggage Handling System upgrades. In addition, disruptions
to occupied facilities have been minimal despite work being completed in
airport terminals, boarding areas, airside and landside with minimal
disruptions. Project delivery methods are Construction Management-at Risk, and Design-Build
projects that are part of this overall Billion Terminal 1 Redevelopment Program.
