CAPITAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT STAFF SUPPORT SERVICES - Phoenix, AZ
Hill/ASL Joint Venture, a joint venture with ASL – Abadjis Systems Limited and Hill International, provides Program Management Services for the City of Phoenix at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Phoenix Deer Valley Airport and Phoenix Goodyear Airport. Hill/ASL provides comprehensive program management and support services to ensure projects are successfully executed within schedule and budget while meeting high quality and safety standards.
The Hill/ASL team augments City of Phoenix Aviation staff to manage individual projects and assist with overall program coordination. Support functions include project planning assistance, project management and administration, technical assistance, cost estimating, and project coordination. In addition we support the Planning, Environmental and Capital Management Division.
Projects total over $1.5 Billion and include the Terminal 3 Redevelopment, Sky Train (People Mover), Annual CIP program and projects, Terminal Buildings, Airside/Landside Civil Projects, Facilities Project Support, Technical Support Services, Management Training, Writing Procedures and Contracts, and Cost Controls. In addition Hill/ASL provides coordination staff for the Job Order Contracting (JOC) division, Tenant Improvements department (TI), and the Qualified Vendor List (QVL).
