WE have the shared project vision to provide very successful projects and project teams. Although we provide staff augmentation to our clients, we manage projects through self-organizing teams that through an aligned and shared project vision can function independently: execute these tasks, manage processes, and monitor progress that culminates in final project deliveries. Sharing a common project vision and goals and having the same understanding about tracking the progress is a key success of our projects and teams.

The key principles of partnership working towards project management successes are, openness, trust, honesty, agreed shared goals and values, and regular communication between partners. Most recently, we were awarded the “Partnered Project of the Year” by the International Partnering Institute (IPI) and commendation by various municipalities on the successful completion of their respective projects.

Lessons Learned

WE not only close out projects with lessons learned, but we conduct lessons learned at different time frames based on the criticality and complexity of the project. Sharing lessons learned among project team members prevents us and our clients from repeating the same mistakes and allows us to take advantage of organizational best practices. Lessons learned can be used to improve future projects and future stages of current projects.

Technical Skills

WE pride ourselves with employees that have technical skills, the education
and experience required to complete projects and deliverables on-time, within-budget, and on schedule. Our staff have ability to communicate effectively both technical and in non-technical terms. We drive complex and strategic initiatives and methodologies that help our clients’ projects move forward.

SCHEDULING

WE understand that scheduling is the most critical component of successful time management. Scheduling list the activities, deliverable, and milestones within a project that allows us to manage our projects successfully. We bring hands-on expertise, deep knowledge of operations, problem solving skills and experience.

ESTIMATING

WE provide construction cost estimating services for clients in a wide range of large complex projects to developing of existing ones. Cost estimation accounts for each element required for the project with direct and indirect cost that determines a project’s budget and success. We have experience with traditional and assembly modes of estimating methodologies.

RISK ANALYSIS

WE first-hand examine how project outcomes and objectives might change due to the impact of the risk event. If we identify any risk, we conduct analysis to identify the qualitative and quantitative impact so we can appropriately take steps to mitigate impact as well as review opportunity analysis as may become apparent through the analysis.
